How do I pay my rent?

Is the building secure?

Can I book if I’m under 18?

We generally accept bookings from students who are 18 or older. However, if you are under 18 but will turn 18 during the academic year, we encourage you to reach out to our bookings team. Can I bring a TV?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a TV to your room! While you can’t mount it on the wall, it will need to be free-standing. No need to worry about the TV licence—we’ve got you covered! We’ll provide your UK TV licence so you can enjoy watching or recording programmes on your TV, computer, or other devices as they’re broadcast live. Plus, our friendly team is more than happy to assist with setting up your TV, making sure you’re all set for a great viewing experience.

Can I bring my bike?

To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests stay for no more than three nights within a seven-day period. If you have any special requests or need assistance, our team is always here to help make things as smooth as possible!

How many rooms are in the development?

Fifty-One boasts a total of 120 well-appointed residences. These include a mix of studio apartments and Mezzanines designed to provide the ultimate comfort and living experience. Every room is equipped with premium amenities to ensure our residents have everything they need.

Can I move in early?

Can I share my room with my partner?

Yes! We understand that some students may want to live with their partner, and we’re happy to offer dual occupancy in a limited number of our studios, as long as both residents are students. Can I sublet my room to someone else?

We’re sorry, but subletting your room isn’t allowed as part of your tenancy agreement. However, if your circumstances change and you can no longer stay, please reach out to our team. Can I swap my room?

Do I have to be home by a certain time each night?

Not at all! You’re free to come and go as you please. We just ask that if you’re returning late at night, you respect your fellow residents by keeping noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 7 AM. Your comfort and that of those around you is important to us, so we appreciate your consideration!

Do I need to clean my accommodation when I move out?

We provide a checkout clean for all rooms, but we kindly ask that you leave your accommodation in the same condition as when you moved in. This helps ensure a smooth handover and keeps the space fresh for the next resident.
